SUPPORTING NATIONAL MANUFACTURING DAY 2026

We were delighted to open our doors to local school children on 23rd and 24th September as they took part in National Manufacturing Day.

Six Lincolnshire schools and colleges visited our Boston factory over the two days to gain first-hand experience of modern manufacturing.

During their visit we challenged them to design, fabricate, paint, and assemble a Mastenbroek Bulldog trencher, while also managing the supply chain and quality control. Their visit concluded with a tour of the factory and a chance to get really close to one of our Bulldogs before it headed off to the United States to help underground electricity cables.

Organised by Make UK, National Manufacturing Day offers a unique opportunity to explore the wide range of careers available across the sector and experience the innovation and technology behind UK manufacturing.
