Installation of French drains
The trenching machine is used for the installation of a gravel wall without plastic pipes at the bottom of the trench.  Backfill of the coarse gravel material is almost to ground level.  This method is used for conventional drainage as well as for the permanent flushing of areas where new buildings are constructed above contaminated sites of former waste producing factories (oil companies, paint companies etc).
