Advantages

Two UNP profiles provide the track along which a fully automated carriage can travel. Various designs of upright columns can be used to suit  the requirements of each individual pumping station.

Noise Levels

In order to meet current noise level requirements, the following provisions have been made:

• nylon guide strips on the grab
• low noise lifting drive
• low noise hydraulic pump

1. Conveyor belts are not require
2. The screen will be completely cleaned from top to bottom
3. The track can be equipped with curves, enabling the approach of any deposit location
4. Possibility for direct dumping into truck, container or barge
5. The open construction and the absence of intermediate transportation reduces spacer requirements and dirty screening areas
6. Large obstacles such as mattresses, tree-trunks and root stems can be removed
7. Absence of permanently submerged construction parts and therefore not susceptible to icing
8. One unit is sufficient for multi-screen operation

PLC control allows completely automatic operation

A portal type, overhead tracked fully automatic weedscreen cleaner. A hydraulically operated grab is used to comb the screens and remove the weed and debris etc.
